Before you continue on to the Secure Providers Section log on page please read the following instructions.  This will expedite your process and avoid frustration.

In order to log onto our new system you will need to know the following information.

User name:

1. Your username is your WorkHab registration number it can be found on your WorkHab registration certificate.  (NSW0000000)

Password:

2. Your password is your surname (Smith) Cap the first letter.

Now, if your surname is less than 5 characters you will then need to use your given name.  However if your both your given and surnames are less than 5 characters, and there are a few of you.  You will then use your entire name (givensurname) without spaces or caps.

I know a bit confusing for some of you, but technology has its limits and 5 characters is a requirement to ensure security.
